Keyboard/Synth Player Sought to join Parlour
If you are interested in joining us, please get ahold of me ASAP. We have a show booked June 16th, June 25th and then on July 27th. Others to be added soon.
Ability to read sheet music is a plus, but not essential. I've got the current necessary instruments, but bringing in your own familiar sound machines is encouraged.

Spring is here. Parlour is now booking shows for the immediate future. It's hard to believe that it's been over 2 years since we last played in Louisville. Better late than never.
New to Parlour is oldtime friend and ex-cerebellum guitarist, Breck Pipes!!!! He balances out the guitarage and mods the scapes. So exciting!!!

After long hiatus, and a newly developed lineup*. We perform new material on October 27, 2006 (Friday) @
CAC in Cincinnati to accompany an opening by German installation artist, Katharina Grosse.

*New Line-Up Includes: Jon Cook (Crain, Ex.Pollen, Weapons, etc.) on drums, Nadeem Siddiqi (Weapons) on Bass, Natalie Thompson (Valley of Ashes, Sapat) on Violin, Steve Good (Millions of groups, including The Web, Sapat, Ut Gret) on Clarinets, Craig McClurkin (DIE) on Tenor Sax and whistles, Tim Furnish on Guitar and Synth. Stay tuned for upcoming Louisville show date.

We recorded a new tune titled "Jalepeñooptics" for the Louisville edition of Burn to Shine DVD on Nov. 27th. Unsure of release date.
Ben Vandermeer is back from Europe and resuming synth action. Merry Holidays, or not.

We recorded a cover of Elijah and the Ebonie's, "Hot Grits" for The Dirty Soul Party Compilation, produced by Kim Sorise an Scott Mullins. This will likely come out as part of a split 45" series.
